
Start Your Day Bright Red Energy Practice
Bright Red Energy is stimulating, activating, and energizing. In Conscious Colors Therapy it’s your ‘energetic cup of coffee’ for your entire physical body.
Start with your eyes and simply gaze at the center of the Conscious Colors flower.
Take some deep breaths and imagine that the center of your head is absorbing this activating energy. Invite your eyes to work with your conscious mind to psychically transfer this vibration to the center of your head. How do you do that? Just begin to think that it’s possible.
This practice will help you activate your mental energy- either analytical or creative, whichever you need.
Next, imagine your breath as Bright Red light. Practice breathing softly, yet with presence, through your nostrils. Conscious Colors Therapy uses nostril breathing to impact the pineal gland and mind. So, yes, imagine streaming rays of Bright Red light flowing through your nostrils and easing into the space of your mind. Breathing with Bright Red offers a wake up call to all your cells and organs.
Continue this practice of eye-gazing, nostril breathing, and visualization until you feel more connected to the Bright Red energy.
Next, decide which part of your brain needs more energy today. Is it the analytical, linear, problem-solving side or is it the creative, expressive, intuitive side?
If you need analytical energy, lightly place your thumb over your left nostril and your pointer finger on your brow bone at the inner part of your right eyebrow (yes- criss crossed). Continue to breathe as deeply as you can, imagining your breathe Bright Red in color (you can continue to gaze at Bright Red externally until you feel your imagination can take over for you). 1-3 minutes is sufficient. This feeds more life force energy to the left hemisphere of your brain which can help you feel more in touch with your action-oriented mind, in a “doing” state
If you need intuitive energy, lightly place your thumb over your right nostril and your pointer finger on your brow bone at the inner part of your left eyebrow (yes- criss crossed). Continue to breathe as deeply as you can, imagining your breathe Bright Red in color (you can continue to gaze at Bright Red externally until you feel your imagination can take over for you). 1-3 minutes is sufficient. This feeds more life force energy to the right hemisphere of your brain which can help you feel more inward, reflective, in a “being” state and more intuitively connected.
